Include your app version, device and iOS version, what you were trying to do and what happened. A screenshot can help; avoid sharing private or sensitive photos.
Restoring access
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and the app’s restore option. If access still looks incorrect, contact us with your app version, purchase type and the message you see. Do not send payment card details.
Managing subscriptions
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription to review or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

A video did not finish as expected
Check the app for the task status before starting again. Contact support with the approximate time, template name and any error message. Keep sensitive images out of your first support message.
